For scheduled repair services (beyond the initial diagnostic), a minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge of the agreed-upon service fee.

You may reschedule your appointment through your booking portal or by contacting us directly. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice will not incur additional fees.
3. Service Area
Our services are available within our designated service area in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Service availability is verified during the booking process based on your address. We reserve the right to decline service to locations outside our service area.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Estimates and Pricing
Dynamic Pricing: Our diagnostic fee may vary based on scheduling factors including appointment timing, route efficiency, and demand. The exact price is displayed during the booking process before payment.
Repair Estimates: Service pricing for repairs is based on pre-agreed estimates or quotes. Any additional work outside the original agreement will incur separate charges, detailed and billed accordingly.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work or as specified on the invoice.
- We accept major credit cards processed securely through Stripe, as well as cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo.
- A late fee of $50.00 will be added if payment is not received by the due date, with an additional $10.00 for each subsequent day the payment remains overdue.
- Disputed charges must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receiving the invoice; we will work with you to resolve disputes promptly.
4.3 Chargebacks and Non-Payment
- Chargebacks or payment reversals on completed and accepted work will be treated as non-payment. The customer agrees to reimburse all chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney fees incurred in recovering the amount owed.
- Unpaid balances may be reported to credit agencies and may result in a mechanic's lien filed against the property in accordance with the Texas Property Code.
4.4 Change Orders and Additional Labor
- Any alteration or deviation from the original specifications that involves extra costs will be executed only upon receipt of a written change order.
- The initial estimate does not include labor for unforeseen issues that may arise once repair work has started. Additional labor will be billed accordingly.
