Brandon with Better Earth Solutions was great. He was easy to communicate with, on time, and professional. I reached out to him when we couldn’t get in touch with our previous provider. He did the proposed repair work on my old system on the same day and kept me updated on progress throughout. Will definitely use again and would 100% recommend to anyone who needs sprinkler repair or installation in or around Plano.

The technician was on time, polite, and very professional. He was there for giving us a quote only, But when he told us the price that we were agreeable to, he was ready to perform the task. He did evrything we expected for the price that was quoted and did good job. We both confirmed that there was a previous wiring issue needed correction to resolve another problem. He presented an alternative solution that we may consider at another time. Unfortunately, here is the not so good news. Although he was very nice and professional with me and a another coleague, he was very rude to one of our staff members who did not deserve to be treated so disrespectfully. If it were not for this I would have given Better Earth Solutions a 5 star rating. I can only hope that this was just a bad moment for this person and am willing to give them another try in the future in hopes that this will not occur again.
