Brandon brought my system back to its original perfect condition. He repaired a major leak in my station 2, which broke several years ago, so I had been watering it by hand and was currently being eaten by mosquitos, even though I was covered with OFF! He took care of several other issues as well. He is a great guy and from the day I made the appointment until he came today he kept me very well informed about what he would do when he came and inspected my system. He gave me a price and did the work on this first trip today. He charged me less than he quoted because one thing that he included did not have to be done. He is the owner and sole employee. He described his position as being the "janitor", in charge of everything: booking, scheduling, accounting, everything. That told me he has it covered! I was especially glad that he charged a $59 fee to make the appointment, because that let me know he would come when he said he would and take care of any issues. He did exactly what he said, and the great pricing really surprised me. I have used various sprinkler repair companies over the 35 years I have had the system. Brandon's Better Earth Solutions was by far the best. What a relief!
