We prefer a walkthrough with you to discuss any concerns, but if you can't be present, we can work independently as long as we have system access and can contact you by phone.
Common Issues
Why are some zones not turning on?
This is usually caused by a faulty valve solenoid, broken wire, or controller issue. Our diagnostic service call will pinpoint the exact problem.
How often should I winterize my system?
In North Texas, we recommend winterizing before the first hard freeze (typically November-December). Spring startup should happen in March.
Can you fix low water pressure?
Yes! Low pressure can be caused by valve issues, clogged filters, or mainline leaks. We diagnose and fix all pressure-related problems.
Why is my water bill suddenly high?
A spike in your water bill often indicates a leak in your irrigation system. We can perform a leak detection inspection to find hidden leaks.
Smart Controllers
What smart controllers do you install?
We're certified Rachio Pro installers and also work with other brands like Rain Bird, Hunter, and Orbit smart controllers.
Will a smart controller save me money?
Yes! Most customers see 20-50% reduction in water usage through weather-based scheduling and automatic adjustments.
Can you retrofit my existing system?
Absolutely! Smart controllers work with virtually all existing irrigation systems. Installation typically takes 1-2 hours.
